* We will be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
* Inquiries received on non-business days will be addressed on the following business day.
* Information regarding shipping schedules for the year-end and New Year holidays will be provided at a later date.

■ Specified Delivery Dates

Current: Until Sunday, November 30, 2025: Available from [5 days after] the order date
New: From Monday, December 1, 2025: Available from [6 days after] the order date

* Except during certain busy periods, shipping operations are also closed on Sundays and public holidays.
* Please note that for some regions and remote islands, it may be difficult to deliver on the specified date.
