PRODUCT INFO

商品説明

This is a natural process lot produced at the Molket station, managed by Mr. Niguse Gemeda, with whom we have maintained a relationship since winning his COE-winning lot in 2020.
Grown in the cool terroir of Bensa, this wild heirloom variety was dried as whole cherries, resulting in an attractive fruitiness reminiscent of strawberries, red cherries, and dark cherries.
It possesses a floral quality unique to wild heirloom varieties, with subtle notes of violets, and as it cools, it begins to take on the impression of tea.
Recommended for those who enjoy coffee with the flavor of ripe fruit; please give it a try.

The Sidama region is famous for coffee, and Bensa, located at a high, cool altitude within it, rose to prominence after producing winning lots in both 2020 and 2021.
He is now one of the indispensable producers for Sarutahiko Coffee.
