商品説明

Introducing a coffee processed at the Marua Station in Nyeri, Kenya.
This lot beautifully captures the charm of coffee from the region surrounding Mount Kenya, which has been known since the dawn of specialty coffee for the perfect harmony between terroir (soil and climate) and its varieties.
The combination of Nyeri's land and the SL varieties yields a distinct flavor reminiscent of blackberries (cassis),
and a refreshing quality akin to juicy blood orange, with a sweetness evocative of brown sugar emerging within the fruity profile as it cools.
Recommended for those looking for a satisfying, fruity coffee, it can also be enjoyed as an iced coffee.
We hope you give it a try.

About the Farm

In Kenya, many smallholder farmers lack their own processing facilities, so they bring their harvested cherries to a Coffee Washing Station (CWS) to be purchased, with the lots generally distributed under the CWS name.
The lot we are introducing this time was processed at the Marua CWS in Nyeri.
Among the regions surrounding Mount Kenya, Nyeri is particularly renowned for producing high-quality coffee, with an established reputation for its blackberry flavors and juicy, full-bodied profile.
