Black Moon Geisha Washed #3

Hints of lovely flowers and fresh sweet lemon, accented by notes reminiscent of licorice.
As it cools, it develops a syrupy texture, with a rich, honey-like sweetness spreading throughout the palate.

The talked-about Black Moon farm earned a place in "Best of Panama" with its first harvest in 2022.
Through the cool terroir provided by the cloud forests of the Boquete region and meticulous cultivation that prioritizes soil health, they have brought out the inherently elegant and delicious character of the Geisha variety to its fullest potential.

Mount Totumas Geisha Milky Way

An elegant aroma of jasmine and black tea, with refreshing notes of orange zest.
It offers a smoothness that will leave you wondering what you are drinking, followed by an incredibly clean and sweet finish.

"Milky Way" is a unique process from Mount Totumas farm, located within a national park at an altitude of 1,900 meters.
The coffee undergoes low-temperature fermentation by being soaked in cold spring water for 48 hours, followed by another 24 hours of fermentation in a sealed container, and a slow, 6-week drying period. It is an extremely rare special lot produced in very limited quantities.
