Ingredients & Process

We use specialty coffee from Ethiopia that has been decaffeinated.
This decaf is processed using the water process method to preserve the coffee's original flavor as much as possible.
By using only water to remove caffeine and returning the other components to the green beans, we maintain a genuine coffee flavor despite it being decaf.
