A coffee that expresses the refined expression of Ebisu, Tokyo and the generosity of the adults who live there. I made a renewal of the blend called Ebisu City, which was at the beginning of Sarutahiko Coffee. The term "city roast" in coffee is said to have been named for the degree of roast that was popular in New York City. The concept is "What is a city roast for the gorgeous city of Ebisu today?"
