Overview Five years after opening a shop of less than 9 tsubo in Ebisu with the motto "A coffee shop that makes you happy with just one cup", I will publish my first book to convey the "happiness" of specialty coffee to everyone. It's decided.

The process of brewing coffee, as well as stories about the world surrounding coffee, stories about how to enjoy coffee outside even more, and recipes for arranged coffee made with various ingredients such as milk, chocolate, and fruits. It is the content I thought about.

And it's not just a store, it's actually something you can easily enjoy at home.
